Overview

Designed Newmark real estate offer memorandums—investor-facing publications that combine property storytelling with critical data, built to captivate investors and stakeholders while making complex information easy to digest.

Role & Scope

  • Owned the visual design and presentation system for the memorandums: typography, layout, composition, and overall publication design.

  • Built layouts that organize floor plans, property imagery, and financial data into a clear, engaging reading flow.

  • Tailored typographic tone to match different property positioning (e.g., trustworthy/solid vs. luxury/elegant).

Constraints

  • Brand alignment + audience expectations: visuals needed to reinforce credibility for commercial assets and sophistication for luxury estates.
  • Information density: required strong hierarchy and balance so critical details stayed readable while maintaining visual interest.
  • Stakeholder review/approvals: built for investors and stakeholders, implying multiple reviewers and accuracy requirements.

Process

  • Brief: start from the property story and required content (plans, imagery, financials) and the intended positioning.
  • Exploration: test typographic directions and page hierarchy to set the right tone (commercial trust vs. luxury elegance).
  • System: establish grid, type pairing, and layout rules that guide the reader smoothly through key info.
  • Production: build and refine pages with balanced composition; integrate visuals/data for comprehension and engagement.

Outcome (results / scale)

  • Delivered a series of real estate offer memorandums with a consistent, polished design approach—structured to improve comprehension and maintain investor attention.
  • Concrete outputs included multi-section layouts integrating floor plans, property photography, and financial information within a cohesive presentation framework.

Leading the creative design for Harbour New River, a premier multifamily investment opportunity located in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale, The property represents a rare blend of luxury waterfront living and urban accessibility—positioned steps from Las Olas Boulevard and surrounded by high-end retail, dining, and entertainment.

My design approach focused on maintaining its brand sophistication while strategically organizing complex investment data into a clean, intuitive visual narrative. Through the use of custom typography, detailed maps, and refined textures, I created a cohesive and luxurious aesthetic that mirrored the exclusivity of the asset itself. Incorporating light illustration techniques and layered design elements, the OM communicated both the financial potential and the lifestyle appeal of Harbour New River with clarity and elegance.

We developed the complete design for Anya, a luxury multifamily offering in West Palm Beach. This OM required balancing precision with creativity—maintaining Anya’s refined brand identity while crafting a visually engaging presentation for investors. I strategically structured the OM to highlight key investment insights with clarity and flow, incorporating custom typography, stylized maps, and elegant textures that reinforced the property’s upscale character. Subtle illustration techniques and layered visual elements added depth and sophistication, ensuring that every page reflected both the project’s luxury appeal and Newmark’s professional standard.

THE COASTAL PORTFOLIO

I was tasked with developing a new base design template to elevate the visual and structural presentation of Newmark’s three-property portfolio offerings. The Coastal Portfolio—featuring Mason Veranda, Aspire Vero Beach, and Pointe at Palm Bay—showcases properties along Florida’s East Coast, each embodying the relaxed yet refined lifestyle of coastal living.

To capture that essence, I introduced a fresh design direction incorporating beach-inspired textures, soft water tones, and subtle coastal illustrations. Departing from the standard OM layout, I reimagined the structure with new custom rent comp maps, thoughtfully composed spreads, and visual storytelling that paired data with photography and graphics to enhance clarity and engagement. Every page was designed to balance elegance with functionality—using scale, color, and composition to guide the reader through the investment narrative. This project not only refreshed the look of Newmark’s portfolio materials but also set a higher design benchmark for future multi-asset offerings.
