In designing its menu and tabletop displays, my art direction focused on addressing the scarcity of vegan dining options in South Florida while confronting the misconception of flavorless vegan cuisine.

My goal is to establish Freshly Cut as a sanctuary where even the most discerning palates can indulge in delectable vegan fare, elevating the dining experience to new heights of flavor and satisfaction. Through thoughtful design choices, I aimed to convey the message that flavor need not be sacrificed in the pursuit of health-conscious dining, making Freshly Cut Vegan Restaurant a destination where vegan food consistently delights the senses.
