Overview
Camboyz Training, a Pennsylvania-based flag football team focused on strength and athletic development, approached me to create a bold, impactful logo that represented their identity. The objective was to deliver a mark that captured power, competitiveness, and team unity while remaining versatile for apparel, merchandise, and digital use.
Creative Concept
I developed a logo centered around a stylized gorilla lifting weights—an immediate symbol of strength, discipline, and athletic performance. The gorilla design is paired with a classic collegiate-style typeface to reinforce a competitive sports aesthetic. The overall look balances aggression and professionalism, making it ideal for a training program and team brand.
Problem Solved
The team lacked a distinctive visual identity that matched their intensity and training philosophy. They needed a logo that athletes could rally behind and that would elevate their presence across uniforms, gear, and community outreach. The final design gave Camboyz Training a strong, memorable brand mark that communicates power, confidence, and team culture.
